• submit the application form (name, email, phone, qualification, practice interest, availability, free text);
• contact us through the contact form or by email;
• are enrolled on the Practitioner Programme (identification documents, references, education and employment history, placement progress notes).

We also collect limited technical information when you visit this site (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) through standard server logs.

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and process your application;
• match you with a placement firm and manage your participation in the programme;
• communicate with you about the programme, cohorts and outcomes;
• improve the website and the programme.

We share information with placement firms in our employer network for the purpose of matching you to a placement and supporting your time on placement. We share with our service providers (for example email and hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality terms.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We keep application data for as long as needed to process your application, and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with our retention policy. Programme data is kept for the duration of your participation and for a further period to support alumni services and respond to any queries.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@crestfieldlegal.com.
